Home Visits
One focus of my practice is caring for my patients through home visits. In this setting, even very young children can be examined and vaccinated without stress. It also provides ideal conditions for in-depth parental consultations — while your child sleeps contentedly in its own cot, or while I observe its development on its own play mat. We arrange appointments entirely individually with you, independent of opening hours, including late afternoons and weekends.
During home visits I can offer you nearly the same diagnostic spectrum as at the practice (including laboratory tests, some performed directly on site, and emergency care).
Except in special circumstances (a U2 check-up after an outpatient birth, or chronically ill children who are not mobile), home visits are unfortunately a private medical service and are not covered by German statutory health insurance (GKV).
If you would like to make use of home visits, it is best to register with our practice before your child is born, as we can only accept a limited number of patients into this care model each month.
