General Paediatrics

As a general paediatric practice, we care for children and adolescents from birth to their 18th birthday, covering all routine check-ups as well as acute illnesses:

• All well-child check-ups U2–U11 (German preventive care programme; U2 as a home visit including newborn metabolic screening, screening for congenital heart defects and newborn hearing screening)
• J1 and J2 adolescent check-ups
• Vaccinations including travel vaccinations with detailed advice
• Allergy testing and lung function testing
• Care for acute illnesses
• Nursery and kindergarten entry examinations
• Developmental assessment (Bueva II, EVU)
• Hearing and vision tests (Optix, OAE, pilot test/pure-tone audiometry)
• Ultrasound: kidneys/lesser pelvis/female reproductive organs/thyroid
